INA Kalenol Ekstra 22

INA KALENOL Ekstra is a high quality oil used in heat treatment of metals for hardening of tool and structural steel, unalloyed and low-alloy steel, as well as other steel types. It is characterised by an increased rate of extinguishing and shorter cooling time resulting in a maximum speed of cooling. The composition is adapted to the specific conditions of heat treatment of metals. It contains refined mineral oil, and is refined by additives to ensure the best possible oxidation stability and resistance to aging at high operating temperatures, and better cooling properties with improved purity of the final processed parts. It does not contain chlorine-based compounds and barium, it is less harmful to human health and the environment, which simplifies the process of oil disposal after use. The oil operating temperature is between 30 and 80°C, wherein it shall be noted that the service life of oil decreases with an increase in the operating temperature.
